The Pinnacle perhaps is one of the few condominiums to have an in-house laundromat that services the needs of residents. This is located at the lower basement of the complex.

The Pinnacle apartment complex has a community complex that houses a party hall large enough to accommodate up to 100 people for events & also has facilities like a library, table tennis, yoga room, gymnasium & separate luxurious changing & rest room facilities for Women & Men. The party hall is available to residents only for holding their personal events. The Pinnacle Condominium Association is an active body comprising of elected members from the residents organizing several cultural, social & sporting events during the course of the year for the community.

We have a ‘Needs’ supermarket within the complex that stocks groceries, daily needs items, vegetables, frozen foods & other items, operating between 9 a.m. thru 9 p.m. 7 days a week. In addition to the store, we also have a vegetable vendor for supply of fresh vegetables to residents, from within the complex. All you’re daily need purchases are only a phone call away

Our focus on providing world class sporting facilities continues with a full sized, night-lit, hard tennis court for resident’s exclusive use through booking on an online system. We also have a Basketball court within our premises. Table Tennis tables are also available in the complex.

The gymnasium at Pinnacle is housed in the community hall complex, within the condominium premises. An air conditioned, fully functional gym with following machines / equipment:

• Bench press with weights

The swimming pool at Pinnacle is a highlight, being on the second floor of the community/common area block of our complex. We have large rectangular pool having maximum depth of 4 feet with a Jacuzzi section as well as a separate baby pool (depth of one foot ) adjoining the main pool for our younger residents.

Pinnacle is among the first few condominiums to have installed an in-house ATM for the daily banking & cash transaction needs of its residents. This facility is also only available for our residents.

The Pinnacle Condominium Association also runs a Free medical clinic, twice a week, for all staff members of the community, including personal staff of residents, such as: maid, drivers & helpers. This clinic is run by a resident doctor who is also available to residents for personal consultation, with prior appointments.
